Veterinary Employability Framework
The VetSet2Go project team have developed a Veterinary Employability Framework, which has now undergone public comment.
The framework is the culmination of our evidence-based research across several subprojects (employer and employee interviews, and international surveys on client expectations, stakeholder perceptions and veterinary resilience) as well as a Delphi process (we thank all who were nominated to provide expert consensus).

Resource cards for each of the 18 capabilities, and other teaching resources, are currently under development.
